The establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan has brought a new economic stimulus – Nikol Pashinyan

The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan is over, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced in the National Assembly.

“And with the results of the 2026 elections, the people of Armenia stood up for peace,” he noted.

According to Pashinyan, the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan has brought a new economic stimulus.

“People need to see economic growth in their lives, and I have decided that pensions should be increased in Armenia,” he said.

Pashinyan assured that starting in 2028, pensions will be reviewed and indexed at least to the level of inflation.
