Criminal proceedings against David Ghazinyan are “level zero” in terms of justification – Vardevanyan (Video)

We are dealing with a “level zero” situation in terms of justification for criminal proceedings, said Aram Vardevanyan, a member of the legal team of David Ghazinyan. Speaking to journalists in front of the Central Electoral Commission, he commented on the issue of depriving Ghazinyan of immunity.

“The fact is that a person who has no connection to David Ghazinyan is speaking about Ghazinyan. What legal justification is there in this?” Vardevanyan said, referring to a recording published by the Anti-Corruption Committee.

He described as absurd the allegations attributed to David Ghazinyan by the Anti-Corruption Committee.

Vardevanyan also stated that he does not recall any precedent in which an investigative body has made public information that, according to him, falls under the secrecy of the preliminary investigation, as the Anti-Corruption Committee did, according to him.
