The EAEU should clarify whether it exists or not – Nikol Pashinyan

Armenia is working very closely and actively with the EAEU, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a government session.

“We will continue this work because we do not believe that something irreversible has happened there or that we should stop looking in that direction,” he said.

Pashinyan expressed confidence that solutions will be found.

“If there are no solutions, it will mean something else for the EAEU, because the EAEU is based on several fundamental principles: the free movement of labor, goods, services, and capital. If those principles are not upheld, it means the EAEU does not exist. The EAEU must clearly answer the question: does it exist or not? We say that it does exist. We believe that a misunderstanding has arisen, creating the impression that the EAEU does not exist. But if it says, ‘I do not exist,’ what else can we do?” Pashinyan declared.
