Artur Avanesyan’s detention replaced with house arrest

 Today, June 25, the Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Sargis Dadoyan, held the first hearing in the case involving intelligence officer Artur Avanesyan, head of the security team of the Strong Armenia party and known by the nickname “Kandaz.”

The court ruled to replace Avanesyan’s detention with house arrest.

To note, Kandaz was arrested on April 28.
