The Constitutional Court has clearly been instructed from above to advance the incumbent authorities’ political agenda – Abrahamyan

As the Constitutional Court reviews a case related to the elections, the ruling party is already selecting candidates for the positions of parliament speaker and deputy speakers, wrote Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the National Assembly’s I Have Honor faction.

“It is obvious that the Constitutional Court has been given instructions from above to facilitate the political decisions of the incumbent authorities and issue corresponding rulings.

The authorities have usurped the entire state system, pushing the processes into the realm of the destruction of rights,” the MP wrote.
