TRIPP will be under EAEU regulations, Armenia is still a member of the union: deputy minister

Currently, TRIPP is being implemented in the Armenia-US format. An agreement has been signed, and the project is in the implementation phase, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan said during a briefing.

“Currently, Armenia is a member of the EAEU, and EAEU transit rules apply on our territory,” Safaryan said.

Asked whether TRIPP will also be subject to EAEU regulations, the deputy minister replied in the affirmative.
