“We Made History”: Alen Simonyan delivers final speech in parliament (Video)

National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan delivered his final speech in parliament today.

“Well, we made history,” Simonyan said.

He wished Ruben Rubinyan success in his new role as speaker of the National Assembly.

Simonyan also apologized to those he may have wronged.

“If I have been unfair to anyone, let them be forgiving. I love you all,” he said.
