The Central Election Commission to hand over mandates to MPs today

The Central Election Commission will hand over mandates to the newly elected MPs today.

The CEC session convened today has two items on its agenda: declaring invalid the registration of candidates who have withdrawn or refused their mandates and were included in the electoral lists of the parties and party alliances participating in the June 7, 2026, regular elections to the National Assembly; and drawing up a protocol on the registration of National Assembly deputies and the granting of mandates.
