Sharmazanov: “Full and rich with events”

Summarizing the ending year Edward Sharmazanov the RPA Press Secretary called it “Full and rich with events”.

Speaking about the inner policy of Armenia and the most important events of 2009 E. Sharmazanov touched upon the world’s financial economic crises and the influence that it has on Armenia. He mentioned that as it is in the whole world in Armenia too, the crises being on its top had its influence over the social economic situation of Armenia and the economy found itself in a depression.

“It will be better to stop it instead of recovering it”, - mentioned the secretary of the party and added “It was the way which took Tigran Sargsyan’s government and the team of Serzh Sargsyan, due to which we managed to keep away from worse circumstances.”

In the number of the important events he stressed also the amnesty and the elections taken place in Yerevan in May which was the most publicized and the open one, when all the candidates had equal rights for making the campaign.

“It is really nice that in such open and equal conditions the victory was with the RPA party”, - mentioned that E. Sharmazanov.

Coming to the pan-Armenian journey of Serzh Sargsyan Sharmazanov mentioned that in that way Armenia presented itself to the whole world as a state which has 10 million people.
