Illegal crossing blocked at Armenia-Azerbaijan border

On December 28 2009 Armenian security forces blocked an illegal crossing the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, a spokesperson to Armenia’s Defense Ministry said.

A 36-year-old Eldar oglu Geygar Tagiyev from Alibayli village of the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan was arrested after detection to entry Armenia at 9 a.m. in Tavush region of Armenia.

The international security forces are informed. The incident is under investigation.
