V.Manukyan:All guys who are 18 year old should pass Army Service

Vazgen Manukyan thinks that the reduction of the places in the frames of state order will increase the level of corruption.

“This year the corruption will increase with a big amount as in that amount will be considered both the liberation from the Army and the acceptance of the applicants to the University. Many children will be left out,” he said.

“Let all the youngsters who are 18 years old already leave for the Army, and let it be one and a half year. This will help us to solve the issues concerning bribes, and state orders at once.”

“This gives rise to the level of corruption in Armenia, the educational system as well gets worse, we lose our scientists,” he mentioned.
