“Clean homeland” program gets underway

Director of the “Center for Environmental Programs” State Non-Commercial Organization Viktor Martirosyan spoke about the “Clean Homeland” national program at a news conference noting that the program is implemented through an interdepartmental commission involving representatives of Ministries and NGOs.

According to Martirosyan, “the program aims at voicing the problem of cleaning the environment, ecological problems, involving all social strata and creating legal field for cooperation.”

The “Clean Homeland” program launches in September, with environment cleaning works in rural and urban areas and with focus on youth.
