95% of Armenian population already under coverage of Orange

Orange continues extending its network and network capacities, today already making its high quality voice and data services available to 95% of the Armenian population, Orange Armenia press service reports.

As a result of extension works, Orange services including broadband internet are already available in many small habitations, new areas have been covered especially in Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Aragatsotn, Syunik regions. Upgrading and extension works have been carried out also on the North and South highways of Armenia.

Bruno Duthoit, Orange Armenia CEO, said: “As we have promised, today we already cover 95% of the population. The extension and improvement of the network are among the most important targets and achievements of our company, which aims at providing maximum comfort to our existing customers and offering a new choice to new customers.”
