UEFA have opened a disciplinary case

UEFA have opened a disciplinary case against the Bulgarian FA in relation to racist abuse from fans and flares thrown towards the pitch during England's 3-0 win in Sofia last month, Daily Mail reports.

The case will be heard a week on Thursday.
