Minister on his comment about “homeless”

Today the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arthur Grigoryan touched upon the incident that happened on January 19 when he called “homeless” a man standing at the Government building.

“Do you know who he was? He doesn’t leave our ministry for years,” the Minister said and added that he asks them to take him to Old people’s home, but the rule says he can’t as he is not of that age yet.

Arthur Grigoryan mentioned that the citizen has applied to him and has presented himself as a homeless, “What was I to call him?” he inquires.

The person needed not a place for homeless people where he could live for 60 days but a home for old people. “This is the rule, what can I do?”
