Samvel Nikoyan meets students of University of Economics

According to the NA public relations department the speaker of the Parliament has agreed that there is necessity of clear formulations in the laws and has noticed that not the all problems may receive legislative regulation, and for that reason the solutions are being given through sub-legislative acts, as it is being done throughout the whole world.
