D. Jamalyan: “We must defend ourselves if we are being shot”

According to military expert Davit Jamalyan Armenia, besides making statements, should also implement proactive approaches against the permissiveness of Azerbaijan towards Armenia.

“Statements have been made. The statement is being issued in case of gross violation. But it should be noticed here that the one who is responsible for the incidents is Azerbaijan. We should also use the chance to make the idea of our right of defense reach the international community. When they shoot at us, we should protect ourselves. We should talk about the issue in this context in order not to be blamed for being aggressive later.”
