Ara Haroutunyan head of NKR Cabinet of Ministers

On 14 September, guided by Article 68 point 4 of the NKR Constitution, President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Ara Haroutunyan head of the NKR Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the decree the NKR premier was instructed to submit to the President a proposal on the composition of the Cabinet within the twenty day period, the Press Office of the NKR President reports.
