Francois Hollande implements new education reforms
French President Francois Hollande has implemented new education reforms to revise the approach to teaching.
The initiative by the head of state includes the abandonment of the practice of homework according to local media.
"Tasks are performed better in school than at home," said the president of France.
Explaining the innovation Hollande said that at home parents do not always pay enough attention to children while a student at the school can always count on the help of the teacher.
New Amendments to the Education Act and will affect the duration of the school year.
