7th “Pomegranate” film festival in Canada

On October 18-21in Toronto, Canada, the 7th annual “Pomegranate” film festival was held.

Around 20 films from 10 countries have been presented in the frameworks of the festival. In the number of those films were presented “Brave” animation film by Disney (producer Katherine Sarafyan), Nicolas Tackian’s “Azad” and the first Armenian – Hollywood blockbuster “Lost & Found in Armenia” which was a premier for this film.

The 7th Pomegranate film festival had a sensational success.

The RA MFA reports that Armen Yeganyan, the RA ambassador to Canada has made a speech greeting the guests of the festival and presenting the rich history of Armenian cinematography.
