Raffi Hovhannisyan to run for president of Armenia

“I announce that I am going to run for president of Armenia in 2013,” Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian told reporters in Yerevan.

R. Hovhannisyan expects the support of those forces and people who realize the necessity of the realization of national interests and declaration in a very short time and who realize that the human is also a value together with the fatherland and the land.

“If these elections will be the first free and fair elections since 1991 then Armenia will have a new president or at least will face a serious competition. If not, then I am ready to lead our people to a victory which our people deserve,” he stressed.

“Only once I will run for president of Armenia and never again,” concluded his speech the candidate for president.
