Festivals promote flows of tourists

Today, Ara Pterosyan, the Deputy Minister of Economy spoke about means of making Armenia more attractive for tourists.
The best of the festivals are the local ones the Barbeque or Areni Wine festivals.

According to him though the Armenian history and Churches interest the tourists they most of all prefer to attend entertaining, local, events, and in that regard the festivals are very important and the state supports them greatly.

In order to make the number of tourists grow in Armenia it has been decided to hold the Festival of Art and Craft in Gyumri.
“We should revive Gyumri,” Ara Petrosyan said.
