Bako Sahakyan laid flowers to monument of earthquake victims

On 7 December in connection with the twenty-forth anniversary of the Spitak Earthquake Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by top officials of the republic visited Stepanakert memorial complex and laid flowers to the monument of innocent victims of the natural disaster, the press service of the Artsakh Republic President informs.
