No preconditions for “color revolutions” in Russia

Secretary of Russia’s National Security Council Nikolay Patrushev declared there are no preconditions for “color revolutions” in Russia and that the authorities will not allow such developments.

According to “Nezavisimaya Gazeta”, Patrushev said that “color revolutions” are imported from outside: their scenarios are developed in detail by Western experts.

In his words, in the autumn of 2011 Russia became an experimental field for information, organizational and other foreign interventions in the country’s internal affairs.
