Bagratian’s nomination depends on decision of Ter-Petrosian

The former Prime Minister of Armenia Hrant Bagratian has already announced his intention to run in the 2013 presidential election. He added, however, that this depends on the decision of Levon Ter-Petrosian. Only in case of Ter-Petrosian’s nomination, Bagratian will not run for President.

“It is assumed that we will learn of the long-awaited decision of Ter-Petrosian on December 22 when the leader of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) will make a statement at the HHSh convention. The circumstance that the convention of Freedom party led by Bagratian will be held on December 24 is conditioned by this fact. According to our information, the convention will take place in the Culture Palace of the Deaf and Dumb, “Hraparak” wrote.
