Soldier dies in Artsakh: Cause – a gunshot wound

With profound sadness, the NKR Ministry of Defense announces that in the process of ensuring the security of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic’s borders and the security of the Armenian people, on December 23, at about 5:30 pm the body of conscript, Private David Sargsyan (born in 1992), who had received a fatal gunshot wound, was found on a military position of Unit N.

A criminal case was opened in connection with the fact, an investigation is underway, the press service of the NKR Defense Ministry reports.

The NKR Defense Ministry shares the grief of the bereavement and expresses it support to the family, friends, and fellow servicemen of the perished soldier.
