Disabled citizen gets lost near Botanic Garden

On December 24, at 1:31 pm the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call that a disabled citizen lost his way in Yerevan’s Rubiniants Street near the Botanic Garden and could return to his nursing home located in Haghtanak district.

The Crisis Management Center’s rapid response group went to the scene and transported L. Papoyan, 58, to the nursing home.
