Armen Hakobian and Moris Avagian granted draft deferment

During the government session today, a draft decision on granting draft deferments to schoolboys Armen Hakobian and Moris Avagian was submitted by Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotian to the government for approval.

The government approved the draft decision, in accordance with Article 16, Point 2 of the RA Law on Military Service.
Armen Hakobian and Moris Avagian are 12th graders.
