Pregnant woman taken to hospital despite impassable road
At 5.07 pm, January 6 there was a phone call that a pregnant woman was to be taken from the village of Nigavan (Aragatsotn province) to the maternity hospital of the city of Aparan. “Ural” all-terrain vehicle was sent to the place, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
Due to poor visibility and the impassability of the road leading from Nigavan to the highway, rescuers had to carry the woman in a stretcher for about one kilometer, after which she was taken to the hospital in a “ZIL 131” truck of local residents.
