Raffi Hovannisian’s website attacked

In addition to their main versions, the website and the Facebook page of the presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian will also have “mirror” versions, which will enable to protect them from hacker attacks, Heritage Party’s spokesman Hovsep Khurshudian said today.

In his words, Raffi Hovannisian’s website was attacked by hackers, but they have managed to eliminate the consequences.
According to H. Khurshudian, this time their election campaign is going to be much more interactive: “We have included QR code in our election poster for the first time, we believe that even compared with the 2012 parliamentary elections, today the Internet is more integrated into our society, the number of Facebook users has increased. So we will work actively on both the website and Facebook page,” Khurshudian said, adding that all Internet data about Raffi Hovannisian is updated on a daily basis.

He noted that the website constantly receives voters’ letters which contain mostly proposals and good wishes. As regards the pre-election expenditures of Heritage Party, according to H. Khurshudian, they will not exceed the limit set by the law – they are planning to spend a maximum of 100 million AMD.
