“It is needless to speak about the statement of BHK (Prosperous Armenia party) because it is an uninteresting subject today. The authorities use the “divide and rule” principle, they are doing everything to pulverize the political filed, but I do the opposite. “If Paruyr Hayrikian wished to run in elections, he would run in the parliamentary elections. Hayrikian’s nomination was initiated by authorities. The only unexpected thing to me was the hunger strike of political scientist Andrias Ghukasian. P. Hayrikian was smart enough to say he will persuade Ghukasian to end his strike”, Hmayak Hovhannisian noted.
