«If R. Hovannisian becomes president, I’ll become Sargsyan’s supporter»

“If you want to laugh heartily, listen to what the presidential “candidates” say. Member of Armenian National Congress (HAK) Gurgen Yeghiazarian expressed this opinion at the meeting with reporters today.

Speaking about the epos expert, presidential candidate, Vardan Sedrakian, G. Yeghiazarian noted that he is a “dark forest”. As regards Hrant Bagratian, Yeghiazarian did not say bad things about him, because “we have worked side by side with him for five years”. According to the speaker, unlike the other ridiculous candidates, Andrias Ghukasian went on hunger strike, making clear demands.

“I am sorry for Paruyr Hayrikian. He has taken certain steps for Armenia’s independence… He should not have permitted himself to participate in this show,” Yeghiazarian noted.

When speaking about candidate Raffi Hovannisian, Yeghiazarian said he would have been deeply moved by Hovannisian’s campaign videos, had he not known him. “If Raffi Hovanniian becomes President, I will become Serzh Sargsyan’s supporter… Al least we know Serzh Sargsyan”, he said.
