NKR foreign minister meets The Halo Trust Karabakh Program Manager

On February 8, Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received the Karabakh Program Manager of The HALO Trust British NGO, Nick Smart.

During the familiarization meeting, Nick Smart presented the organization’s activities in 2012 and its plans for the year of 2013.

Karen Mirzoyan expressed his gratitude to the representative of The HALO Trust for the humanitarian activity conducted in the NKR territory, assuring him that the Republic’s Foreign Ministry would support the organization, the press service of the NKR MFA reports.
