M. Reisi: Karabakh problem should be solved by peaceful means

“The Karabakh conflict should be resolved by peaceful means, it is impossible to solve any problem by force,” the Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mohammad Reisi said at a meeting with journalists today, when speaking about Iran’s position on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

According to him, the Karabakh problem should be solved on the basis of the principles of international law and there is a need to be committed to all the international principles.

“We have good relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan, and our relations with Armenia are also strategic,” Mohammad Reisi stated.

The ambassador added that their official position on the Karabakh problem solution is based on peaceful resolution of the conflict.
