Ghukasian headquarters achieve “most important success”

“We consider the fact that we have managed to keep the subject of fake elections on the political agenda to be one of our most important successes because many say this but they do nothing. There have been responses even from the U.S. regarding the hunger strike, they want to support us, but it is important to us that Armenian citizens start such a struggle,” coordinator of the presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasian’s campaign headquarters Armen Grigorian stated at the meeting with reporters today.
Commenting on the circumstance that the candidate Paruyr Hayrikian has not postponed the election because of A. Ghukasian, the coordinator said Ghukasian is prepared to continue his hunger strike even if the election is postponed.

“P. Hayrikian visited Ghukasian, he handed a letter about a single candidate to Ghukasian, but nothing was said about his health,” Grigorian noted.

According to him, Hrant Bagratian is the only opposition candidate who has not visited Ghukasian.
