Situation back to normal in border villages of Tavush

The situation is back to normal in Aygepar and Nerkin Karmiraghbyur borderline villages, Tavush province, the enemy ceased fire.
Aysor.am was informed by Aygepar community head Andranik Aydinian that the village was under fire all evening, ”the fire resumed in the morning and now all is quiet”.

“They used both large-caliber and sniper weapons. Yesterday from the morning to 6:00 pm snipers were firing at houses,” he said.

The Defense Ministry of Armenia reports that a contract serviceman was injured, but his life is out of danger.

No civilian victims were reported.
