Sharmazanov advises Hovannisian to run again in 2018

Heritage Party and the campaign headquarters of Raffi Hovannisian will do everything possible within the framework of the Constitution so that Raffi Hovannisian who was elected by popular vote will become de jure president, the head of Heritage faction Rubik Hakobian declared in the National Assembly.

“He should be able at last to ensure the tradition of forming the government by popular vote in the state,” R. Hakobian said, congratulating the people on Raffi Hovannisian’s election.

For his part, the leader of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) parliamentary faction Galust Sahakain stated that Serzh Sargsyan has been elected President of Armenia.
