Deputy prime minister introduces new governor of Shirak

Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgian introduced today the newly-appointed Governor of Shirak province Felix Tsolakian to the staff of the regional administration and the heads of communities and regional structures, the Ministry of Territorial Administration reports.

The deputy prime minister congratulated F. Tsolakian on the assumption of his duties and wished him success. He expressed confidence that the new governor will contribute to the socioeconomic development of Shirak province.

According to Armen Gevorgian, the problems of Shirak are at the center of the government’s attention and effective joint work and successful implementation of current and future projects will help solve these problems.

Then the deputy prime minister held a consultation, during which issues related to the implementation of regional programs were discussed.
