Raffi Hovannisian: I didn’t refuse to meet president

“The presidential administration has spread yet another lie when it announced that I allegedly refused to meet the president. Such a proposal was made after I went on hunger strike,” the ex-presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian told a press conference in Liberty Square today. He went on hunger strike yesterday.

In his words, he who wants to speak to him may come to Liberty Square.

“Mr. Sargsyan, I did not refuse to meet you, your residence is lying. You may come at any time convenient to you and we will talk. We may have a closed meeting. We may go to a café, but I am in favor of open meetings”.
