Tigran Mukuchian compares himself to a rose after court incident

Following today’s incident in the Constitutional Court, Chairman of Central Election Commission Tigran Mukuchian spoke to journalists, making some comments.

In his words, each person has the right to have his opinion about this or that phenomenon.

“You see, when you show a rose to a woman, she feels happy. But when you show it to an animal, it may even eat it. Yet it does not mean that this rose is not a rose,” Tigran Mukuchian said.
