Police chief visits Raffi Hovannisian

Chief of the Armenian Police Vladimir Gasparian visited the leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian this morning, Aysor.am was informed by the head of the press service of the RA Police Ashot Aharonian. We would remind you that R. Hovannisian has been on hunger strike for three days.

The police chief said that in the existing situation the police have acted within legal boundaries and done everything to meet disciplinary standards. Vladimir Gasparian asked about the health of Raffi Hovannisian.

According to Ashot Aharonian, it is not the first time that the police chief has met Raffi Hovannisian. When asked if they met during Hovannisian’s hunger strikes, Aharonian replied: “In general, there have been meetings”.
