Pashinian: Inauguration will take place, but whose inauguration?

The inauguration ceremony will take place on April 9, but whose inauguration? Deputy of HAK (Armenian National Congress) parliamentary faction Nikol Pashinian made that statement when he visited Raffi Hovannisian in Liberty Square today.
