60% of Yerevan residents would vote for Taron Margarian

Of 1,066 Yerevan residents surveyed, 60% said they would vote for Taron Margarian, and only 1% said they would vote for Raffi Hovannisian. Director of Gallup International Association Armenia Office Aram Navasardian announced this data, when presenting the results of Yerevan Residents about Yerevan survey at a meeting with reporters today.

According to the survey, Gagik Tsarukian would receive 17% of the votes, Karen Karapetian – 3%, Armen Rustamian, Armen Martirosian, Gurgen Arsenian, and Raffi Hovannisian would receive 1% each. 6% of respondents declined to answer the question, 4% said they would not vote for anyone, and 5% said they would vote for another person.

The survey was carried out on March 9-11.
