Heritage to stage rallies until April 10

The Yerevan Municipality took note of the application of Heritage Party deputy chairman Armen Martirosian who informed the municipality that their party will hold rallies in Liberty Square of Yerevan until April 10, according the official website of Yerevan Municipality.

Prior to that, the municipality had received other notices of Heritage Party about holding rallies until late March.

The leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian took second place in the February 18 presidential election. He, however, refuses to admit his defeat and on March 10 he went on indefinite-term hunger strike in Liberty Square where he has given open-air press conferences almost every day.

Yet another rally of R. Hovannisian will start at 5 pm today in Liberty Square.
