A. Ghukasian: Real elections began after Constitutional Court’s ruling

“After the ruling of the Constitutional Court, real elections have begun in Armenia,” ex-presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasian told journalists today.

In his words, the court ruling put a period to the rigged-up election process, and the people should take a decision on April 9.

“Such criminal elections have never been held in Armenia. A criminal-oligarchic system is currently operating in Armenia. There is a political crisis in the country now,” A. Ghukasian said.
