Yerevan set to join Earth Hour today

A number of landmarks and offices in Yerevan will go dark for an hour today for Earth Hour 2013.

Armenia’s Ministry of Nature Protection, WWF Armenia Office, Yerevan Municipality, the offices of Yerevan-based environmental and international organizations, as well as banks, and hotels will participate in Earth Hour. They appeal to the public to mark this day once again and turn off the lights from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm today.
