Sargsyan considers efficient dialog with Raffi Hovannisian as possible

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan answered today the letter of Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian: The letter particularly reads:

“Dear Mr. Hovannisian.

Thank you for finally accepting the proposal I made at our meeting and for committing your ideas to paper and sending it to me. Although the written material sent to me is far from proper notions of a state and state power and contradicts constitutional regulations, it may nevertheless help launch an efficient dialog.

It is gratifying that you show readiness to assume serious supervisory functions of strong opposition and that our opinions on this issue seem quite close.   

I urge you to end you hunger strike, recover strength for one or two days so that we could start working together based on the material - raw at the moment - proposed by you.
