Raffi Hovannisian: Exchange of letters is not at a deadlock now

The exchange of letters is not at a deadlock now, but if it has reached a deadlock, this happened because of the authorities, the ex-presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian stated in the city of Goris today.

“They created a deadlock on February 18,” said Hovannisian who intended to visit a family in Goris immediately after the rally.

Discussing the policies of Prosperous Armenia Party and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun, Hovannisian said he respects their views and reasons for “not joining us”. He noted it is time for parties to play their role.
