Serzh Sargsyan receives Executive Chairman of Rosneft

President Serzh Sargsyan received today Executive Director of the largest oil company Rosneft Igor Sechin, according to the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Presidential Staff.

The interlocutors discussed a range of economic issues, including the opportunities of long-term cooperation in energy sector. The sides attached importance to the role of the economic component in the continuous deepening and strengthening of relations between two strategic allies – Armenia and Russia.

Serzh Sargsyan said that Rosneft’s entrance into the Armenian economy will give a fresh impetus to the bilateral economic cooperation.
