Raffi Hovannisian: I will not fight

The leader of opposition Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian staged today a rally in Liberty Square of Yerevan. He took an “alternative oath of office” in front of those present. Raffi Hovannisian made a speech, after which he came down from the platform and approached people who gathered in the square. Many, however, expressed dissatisfaction with the absence of actions. R. Hovannisian said all those who want to take part in the march may do so. He announced the route.

“A concert will start here in 30 minutes, and I must be present. Who is eager for fight may fight. I will not fight,” Hovannisian said. In his words, he will not allow clashes to take place.
